This legal aid services contract (« Contract ») is entered into as of the date of the last signature below (« Effective Date ») by and between the Legal Aid Services Provider (« Provider ») and the Client, collectively referred to as the « Parties. »

1. Scope Services

The Provider agrees to provide legal aid services to the Client in accordance with the New Brunswick Legal Aid Services Act and any other applicable laws and regulations. Such services may include, but are not limited to, legal advice, representation in court, and assistance with legal documentation.

2. Responsibilities of the Provider

The Provider shall use reasonable diligence and professional skill in the performance of the legal aid services. The Provider shall also maintain the confidentiality of the Client`s information and act in the best interests of the Client at all times.
