This legal aid services contract (« Contract ») is entered into as of the date of the last signature below (« Effective Date ») by and between the Legal Aid Services Provider (« Provider ») and the Client, collectively referred to as the « Parties. »
1. Scope Services
The Provider agrees to provide legal aid services to the Client in accordance with the New Brunswick Legal Aid Services Act and any other applicable laws and regulations.
