Whereas, UCD maintains a law library (« Library ») for the benefit of its students, faculty, and authorized individuals; Whereas, User desires to access and utilize the resources and facilities of the Library for legal research and educational purposes; Now, therefore, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, the parties hereby agree as follows: 1. Access UseUCD grants User a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and utilize the Library for legal research and educational purposes only. User agrees to comply with all Library policies and procedures, including but not limited to, the handling and use of Library materials, equipment, and facilities. 2.
