Parties	Terms and Conditions
Student(s)	As a student residing in the NYU School of Law dormitories, you agree to abide by all university policies and guidelines as outlined in the Student Code of Conduct.
NYU School Law	The law school agrees to provide suitable living accommodations and maintain the dormitories in accordance with local housing laws and regulations.
Lease Agreement	This contract serves as a binding lease agreement between the student(s) and NYU School of Law for the duration of the academic year.
